Before you subscribe

Review the plan details and included campaign allowance before subscribing.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

If you were charged in error, or you experienced a service failure that prevented you from generating content, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Refunds are generally not provided for allowance already consumed.
