You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Plans and usage

Paid plans include a monthly generation allowance that resets each billing period. Allowances do not roll over.

Adlivo produces marketing suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing, including compliance with advertising platform policies and consumer protection laws in your market. Adlivo does not guarantee sales, performance or ad approval.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, deceptive, or harmful products or claims.
• No attempts to bypass usage limits, authentication or security controls.
• No automated scraping or resale of the service without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
